Erika Ortiz’s passion for fashion began in her teenage years, where she immersed herself in sewing through extensive high school coursework before earning a BFA in Fashion Design. She is an exceptional alterations expert with over 15 years of experience in bridal and couture, including a decade at the Vera Wang Chicago and Vera Wang Los Angeles boutiques, where she served as Director of Alterations, leading high-level bridal and designer alterations with precision and expertise.

Throughout her career, Erika has specialized in bridal haute couture, designer gowns, and ready-to-wear garments, and has collaborated with luxury fashion houses, including working with Fendi on a custom made-to-order wedding gown. Her work is defined by exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of fit and structure. She remains committed to providing luxury bridal alteration services with the highest level of care and dedication.
